Teen Therapy

Being a teen is hard. You don't have to be alone!

Being a teen is hard. You don't have to be alone!

Teens today are navigating a world that moves fast and demands a lot. Between school pressure, friendships, family dynamics, social media, and big emotions, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed—or totally shut down.

Whether your teen feels anxious, withdrawn, angry, misunderstood, or just not like themselves, therapy can offer a space to breathe, reflect, and start feeling more grounded.

A space to feel seen and safe.

This isn’t about fixing your teen—it’s about helping them reconnect with who they are and feel supported in their growth.

In therapy, teens have space to:

  • Talk openly about what’s going on without fear of judgment

  • Learn tools to manage stress, anxiety, and big emotions

  • Build confidence and self-compassion

  • Explore identity and values

  • Practice boundary-setting and communication

Sessions are built around trust, creativity, and collaboration. We may talk, draw, laugh, cry, play a game, or sit in silence—whatever helps your teen feel most like themselves.

For teens—and their families.

Teens don’t exist in a vacuum. When needed, I also support parents in understanding what their child is going through and building bridges of communication and connection.

We’ll check in regularly about progress and how therapy is supporting your teen’s growth. My goal is always to hold space for your teen while also empowering your family.

Let’s support your teen’s journey.

Therapy can help your teen feel less alone and more equipped to navigate this season of life. If you're wondering whether this is the right step, I’d love to connect.
